Rose Center - Celebrates the traditions of Appalachia through music, dance, fine art, juried crafts, storytelling, demonstrations, food, and more. The festival is housed in and around Rose Center, an 1892 school building; now serving as an historical museum and cultural arts center. Admission charge.
