Raid on Watauga
The year 1777 was called “the year of the bloody 7s” in the Watauga Settlement due to the high number of battles, sieges and raids between the Cherokee and the settlers on the Watauga, Holston and Nolichucky rivers. Join re-enactors from across the Southeast as they recreate events typical of the year 1777. Admission charge.
